I want all of my customers to be happy with the service they receive. It has always been my intention to work openly and honestly with all clients and my levels of client retention and recommendations show that this is working. I am also based in the local community so would literally have nowhere to hide if I wasn't perceived to be upholding my commitments.
- Mortgages and financial products can be complicated. I'll fully explain the products I recommend and give you information in plain English
- I'll always give you information in an efficient and timely manner to give you time to make an informed choice.
- I work for you - I'll always offer you the product which is most appropriate for YOUR circumstances and I'll never pressure you to accept a deal. If the best route is to go direct to the lender, then that's what I'll tell you to do.
- I'll never sell your personal details. All client information is treated and handled with care.
It is as a result of working and living by these principles that I have built a solid bank of clients for whom I am first port of call when thinking about finances and insurances. After all, why would you want to be a faceless customer for large organisation rather than a personal client of mine?
