Do you want to write off your personal debt?

My new service offering is to help clients write off mortgage, secured loan, motor finance, credit card and personal loan debt. I can even unravel repossession orders putting you back into your home. This is available on both current and redeemed credit agreements.

This does NOT involve IVA, creditor agreements or bankruptcy and will not have a negative effect on your credit record. In fact, it will be a POSITIVE move as the credit agreement is REMOVED from your credit record entirely.

While there is a charge of £495 to pay for a claim to be submitted, if it is not successful, this will be entirely refunded. The only financial risk is that you lose the £10 fee payable to the lender for them to release your file to our solicitors.

A total win-win situation, if you have any credit card arrangements taken prior to 1st April 2007 or other arrangements before 2005, you may be eligible for redress.

Stamp Duty exemption raised to £175,000

The Government has just announced that stamp duty will not be payable for first time buyers up to a property price of £175,000. This has risen from £125,000 and represents a first attempt to stimulate the housing market. Time will tell if this has the desired effect or is too little too late.
