"the whole of my working life has been involved in financial services with blue chip companies such as Nat West Bank, Norwich Union, Lloyds TSB and AXA Equity and Law. I decided to start my own mortgage and insurance brokerage in 2005 as I felt I was better able to meet the needs of my clients without the corporate pressure of a large plc behind me.
As a result, Barton Mortgage Services was created and this was transformed into Michael Knight Mortgages at the beginning of 2009.
I am very excited at the prospect of expanding the business into 2010 and beyond with Ross coming on board. We are looking to expand the portfolio of services offered to our clients and remaining their first choice when looking to arrange finance or insurance."

"I have been involved in property for most of my adult working life, starting out as a negotiator within an estate agency, then rapidly progressing to management level where I remained for the last 5 years.
